COLOUR: Cherry red with purple hues.

AROMA: Intense, with a predominance of blackberries and liquorice notes.

MOUTH: A good structure, this wine is flavourful and fruity with some liquorice notes that are highly characteristic of this variety. A fruity, very pleasant aftertaste.

FOOD MATCHING: This wine easily matches with a whole range of food, such as red meat, game and roast meat.

OPTIMAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:: 15 -18 ºC.

ABOUT THE WINE

“Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Tempranillo variety.”

The vineyards from which these grapes are sourced are blessed with optimal growing conditions for this variety. The grape maturity is monitored and the harvest is made once the maximum balance has been achieved between the grape components. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats.

The fermentation is made at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC and with a maceration of around 10 – 12 days, depending on the grape condition. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation has been completed, the wine is stabilised and then bottled.
