COLOUR: Cherry red with purple hues.

AROMA: Complex and highly varietal. Reminiscent of black berries with a predominance of blackcurrants and also with notes of liquorice and violets.

MOUTH: Structured, sweet and fruity. Blackberries and a flavourful sweet tannin, to give it a pleasant, round aftertaste with an intense mouth aroma.

FOOD MATCHING: A very good match for all types of meat and game.

OPTIMAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15 -18 ºC.

ABOUT THE WINE

“Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Merlot variety.”

The grape maturity is monitored and the harvest is made once the maximum balance has been achieved between the grape components.

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. The fermentation is performed at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC.

The grapes are then left to macerate for 10 – 12 days, depending on condition. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation has been completed, the wine is stabilised and then bottled.
